Vietnam Pro Wrestling’s Saigon Slam Jam emanated from Fox Field in District 2, Ho Chi Minh City yesterday evening (9th May). The super stacked show featured eight matches and two title defences.

In the preshow bout - Sunny Z and Chen Wenbin defeated Vortex Rebellion when Chen pinned Kira.

KPY defeated SPD in a strong style match which featured SPD playing heel for the first time in sometime.

Dokuga defeated Khoa Truong in the blindfold match after Zachar ran in and assaulted Khoa Truong.

Jimmy AG outlasted Ronnie El Rapido, Damien Wolfe, An D and Hai Nguyen in a 5 way elimination bout. The order of elimination was Damien, Ronnie, Hai Nguyen and then An D.

Xiumin Long defeated Cheese Burger Kid.

Real Global Threat (Shivam, The Statement & Jake De Leon) defeated Team VPW (Meteor Kid & The Classic Night) in a Football Field Fight that saw action take place all over the ring and The Statement drink a lot of The Rock’s Tequila.

Viva Van defeated Chelsea Marie to retain the VPW Women’s Championship.

Ares defeated The British Horror, Hy Draco and Rocky Huynh to retain the VPW Vietnam Championship.

VPW’s first female trainee was the special MC for the women’s contest.
