Issue 10 - Coming November 2026
The next issue turns its attention to Singapore. We look at the three promotions carrying the scene there, how they differ, and what each one is building towards. Alongside that, special interviews with the people involved and full coverage of recent shows from across the region.
Issue 9 — 1 June 2026
Thailand leads, with SETUP Absolute Mayhem and a long interview with SETUP's Pumi Boonyatud on slowing down and building international collaborations properly. Singapore gets SPW King's Landing and a Dante Chen feature. Also inside: MYPW New Breed 4, DEXCON Dito Naman, VPW Saigon Slam Jam, Jumping for Joya and Beyond the Sea: World Tour.

Issue 8 — 3 April 2026
The magazine looks past Southeast Asia for the first time with Beyond the Sea: China, covering Middle Kingdom Wrestling, Global Wrestling Frontier and more. A long interview with Andruew Tang sits at the centre. Show coverage includes ROR Fast 4 Ever, FPW Astig, SETUP Real Global Impact, SPW Club Carnage, VPW Spring Bash, APAC Wrestle Legion 2 and two DEXCON shows. Closes with The Saigon Six.
Issue 7 — 1 February 2026
Opens with the first SEA Wrestling Awards. VPW Vietnamania, the ten-year anniversary show, gets extended coverage, alongside SPW Tranquilo, PUSO Alamat, Grapplemax Unity and a SETUP round-up. The main feature is The Untold Story of Thailand Wrestling, tracing early attempts to run shows in Pattaya, with information from Phil Lea. Elias Chang writes on Philippine wrestling history.
Issue 6 — 20 November 2025
Built around The Story of Vietnam Pro Wrestling, a long history taking VPW from judo mats to sold-out shows and the night Chris Jericho walked into VAIB Studios. Paired with a Rocky Huynh interview. Wrestling in Cambodia covers a country new to these pages. Also: VPW Brawl Hallow's Eve, SETUP Paranoid, PUSO Bakunawa, DEXCON Sari Sari Slam, two SPW shows, two Grapplemax shows, FPW Unfinished Business and New Belts on the Block.
Issue 5 — 14 September 2025
The busiest issue so far. APAC SlamFest, SETUP Under Pressure, ROR Social Harmony, VPW The Rumble, Grapplemax Pro Wrestling Festival 2, FPW Astig, PUSO Karera, DEXCON Baka Gaijin and Peks Man, and MYPW Full Throttle. The centrepiece is an interview with Grapplemax's Greg Ho. The Visitors, our feature on international talent working in the region, begins here.
Issue 4 — 4 July 2025
The first proper look at Real Global Threat as a regional storyline rather than a set of separate results. Show reports from VPW Ultimate Collision, SPW Mayhem and Fallen Kingdom, DEXCON Dakila, PUSO Pinoy Weekender, Grapplemax On The Rise and Fightclub 5. Plus Alexis Lee versus Yuki Kamiyu, and a profile of The Juicy Boyz.
Issue 3 — May 2025
Rocky Huynh's heel turn in VPW is the cover story, examined in Why Rocky Why? Show coverage takes in VPW Saigon Slam, Grapplemax Amplify 7, MYPW New Breed 3, WUW Masterclash and ROR Experience 5. Also inside: an interview with Mighty Mighty, The Art of SEA Wrestling on the region's designers and artists, a look at SEA tag teams, and SEA Women in Japan.
Issue 2 — April 2025
Live show coverage takes over. Reports from VPW Spring Bash, the first Grapplemax x MYPW Causeway Jam, SPW Unchained, ROR Experience 4, DEXCON Wrestlestorm 2, PSE Thailand and SETUP Doublecross. Two features carry the rest: The Women of SEA Wrestling, and part two of the Philippines history. Piledriver Pilgrimage, our venue guide, starts here with Korakuen Hall and Ryōgoku Kokugikan.
Issue 1 — February 2025
The first issue set out what the magazine was for and why the region deserved one. Inside: a VPW 2024 year in review and awards, results from SPW Champions Never Yield 3 and SETUP Bangkok Navigation, part one of a history of wrestling in the Philippines, and a wrestler profile on Shivam.
