THE LAB: EXPERIMENT 06 Lands in Siam Square for First Ticketed Show

RGT's experimental wrestling series The LAB will hold its sixth event on Friday 28 August 2026 at Tai Siam in Siam Square, Bangkok, and for the first time in the series' history, admission will not be free.

Experiment 06 marks a significant step up for a project that has spent five shows building a reputation on unusual booking and matchups Thai fans had not seen elsewhere. The promotion says the move to Siam Square, one of Bangkok's busiest and most recognisable districts, establishes The LAB in a permanent "research hub" at the centre of the city.

The venue itself carries some history. Tai Siam sits on the second floor of the Siam Kit Building, a space long associated with Bangkok's tutoring and extra-class culture. With that kind of education increasingly shifting online, RGT is positioning the room for a different sort of instruction. As the promotion puts it, the lessons here will be physical, and nobody entering The LAB gets handed the answers.

The end of free entry is the headline change. Every previous experiment operated on an open-door basis, but Experiment 06 becomes the series' first official ticketed event as RGT builds toward a bigger and more complete production. General admission is set at 300 THB, with an early bird price of 250 THB available for a limited period. The promotion has been quick to point out that the cheaper tier undercuts a scoop of gelato.

In return, RGT is promising dream matches involving some of the strongest talent in Southeast Asia, alongside a showcase of what Thai professional wrestling can look like when the promotion is given full control of the direction. That regional angle has been central to The LAB's appeal so far, with the series repeatedly bringing together opponents who would not otherwise cross paths.

RGT is framing the show as a turning point rather than another instalment, and is leaning on the idea that the audience is no longer observing from the outside. Buying a ticket, in the promotion's words, makes you part of the experiment.
