Setting the Scene
Back in 2018, Grapplemax ran its classes and its shows out of Fight Pro-Motion on Joo Chiat Road. Small room, mats on the floor, a handful of hopeful athletes and a crowd small enough to know by name.
Eight years later, the company comes back to the same address for its 10th Anniversary season tour, and this time it brings its full 2026 incarnation. The promotion has come a long way, selling out show, a much larger and as ever talented roster, three championships that carry genuine weight, international recognition, and arguably the best pro wrestling training centre outside Japan and the United States.
One night. Eight matches. Six countries. One neighbourhood that started the whole thing.

Tyzell Seonix promoted to the main roster
Grapplemax has confirmed that Tyzell Seonix is now a full member of the main roster. Since returning to action last year under the name Tydus, he has appeared on every single Grapplemax show across the past twelve months, and that cheeky, slightly unhinged energy has made him impossible to ignore. Easy to enjoy the character, easy to miss the graft underneath it. Promotion earned.

Graduation Match: Ashleigh & Alani vs Divya & Radiant Rui
Six months of academy work comes due, and Ashleigh makes her debut in front of a sold-out room. No gentle send-off either. She graduates from the NWE Academy straight into a match with fellow graduate Alani against Divya and Radiant Rui, a pairing with considerably more mileage and considerably less patience.
Graduation matches at Grapplemax are the first honest look at what a trainee has actually absorbed. This one carries an extra wrinkle: Divya has much bigger business waiting on the main card.
SEA Wrestling Prediction: The rookies have been sharpening up and growing in confidence, so we are calling the upset. Divya has a grudge to attend to later and will want something left in the tank.
Grapplemax Rising Championship #1 Contender's Gauntlet Match: Tyzell Seonix vs Nish vs "Crypto Bro" LK vs Joses vs Wildfire Remus vs ?????
The first Grapplemax Gauntlet Match ever, and the last survivor walks out as next in line for the Rising Championship.
The youngest against the most experienced. "Crypto Bro" LK and Wildfire Remus have the miles on the clock (respectfully), Joses returns after time away, and Nish and Tyzell Seonix arrive as the freshest faces on the main roster. One spot in the field remains blank, which is exactly the sort of thing Grapplemax enjoys leaving hanging until the bell.
Worth noting this sits on the pre-show, which tells you something about how stacked the main card is.

At Bash at Bahru, former tag champions Sarah Coldheart and Xtian tore into each other in a grudge match that lived up to every bit of its billing. What Tiong Bahru did not see coming was Coldheart's hidden crewmate, the ever-slippery Cornelius LOW, whose interference cost The Velvet Voyager the match and soured the room considerably.
Since then, LOW's letter to Xtian's lawyer has done its work. Coldheart and LOW now have the rights to Ships Ahoy, sailing under a flag Xtian helped design, while he is left looking for an identity. Perhaps he goes back to being who he was when he held singles gold.
Xtian's response was to drag both of them into a tag match, and he picked his partner well. Divya has spent years opposite and alongside Sarah Coldheart and knows every one of her habits. There is real respect there, buried under a mutual delight in getting one over on the other. LOW arrives representing Malaysia, and the man is a walking complication.
SEA Wrestling Prediction: Will Xtian get his revenge? We think, not yet. LOW has too many tricks and Sarah is far too crafty. Another night for Singapore's favourite pirate-themed villain.
Grapplemax Tag Team Championship #1 Contender's Match: DEGEN:Z (Devan Zemir & Nathan X) vs Heaven & Earth (Larhvin DeShadow & Simon Siah)
Two of the hungriest teams on the roster, one shot at the front of the queue.
For Larhvin DeShadow, Joo Chiat is where the whole career began, which gives this a sentimental edge he will not admit to. He returns with Simon Siah, whose high-flying is frequently indistinguishable from a stunt gone wrong, and Heaven & Earth want their contendership back.
DEGEN:Z cannot match that experience, being two of the newest names on the roster. What they can point to is a reign already on the record. Former champions, and thoroughly convinced they are ready to be champions again.

Grapplemax Rising Championship, Ladder Match: Ban Sachak (c) vs Kelvin Lang vs "Scum Dawg" Sage Matthews vs Shaheen
Grapplemax has never run a ladder match. Nobody in Singapore has ever crowned a champion with one. That ends on Sunday, in a gym on Joo Chiat Road, with four men from three countries and a belt hanging in the air.
Shaheen makes his third Grapplemax appearance representing WrestleFest DXB, arriving with a genuinely international resume and a King of Ladders accolade already on it. The Middle East Ace knows exactly what this stipulation demands and how much it costs.
"Scum Dawg" Sage Matthews wants the title, but he seems to want proof of his superiority over Ban Sachak even more. Ladders are familiar territory back home in Pennsylvania, and he intends to make Joo Chiat feel like a very unfriendly place.

Back in 2018, GST held the AWGC Tag Team Championships for 120 days and became the first Singaporean team to carry international gold. They walked out of Bash at Bahru with the Grapplemax Tag Team Championships, and rather than sit on them, The Greatest Singapore Team have gone straight to open season on the region.
Their first challengers come from New Taiwan Entertainment Wrestling, the promotion that supplied Joo Chiat's very first international guests back in 2018. Eight years on, that partnership still delivers, this time in the form of rising star Bad Boy Benny alongside the returning Sky.

At Bash at Bahru, Jinn Kai outlasted five opponents through a mix of opportunism and sheer violence to earn this shot at the top prize in the company. Seven years after starting his career in this neighbourhood, The Furious Striker gets the main event.
These two have never met. That alone would sell the match, but SPD has made no attempt to talk it down. The grizzled veteran has been open about the fact that a striker this volatile is the hardest defence of a reign now approaching 250 days, and he has absolutely no intention of that number stopping in Joo Chiat.
