SPW Tranquilo Preview & Predictions
We reach the end of the Singapore Pro Wrestling public calendar for 2025 this coming Friday, with only a few closed-door shows left outside of the year-ender, Tranquilo. Celebrating 13 years of professional wrestling in Singapore, SPW is closing the year with one of its most stacked cards yet, capped off by a main event that feels genuinely unpredictable.
Interestingly, the show will not feature any external members of Real Global Threat. Brookes is in Japan, Shivam is preparing for SETUP the next day, and Jake De Leon is doing the same ahead of his huge title match on Sunday. Emman Azman could appear, but those questions will be answered another day.
Match order is unconfirmed and often moves around on SPW cards, but here is our predicted layout.

SPW Tag Team Championship: Mighty Jackson vs Legion of Total Anarchy vs Jack N’Cheese
There isn’t a huge amount of recent storyline history here, but the Legion of Total Anarchy have steadily grown into a more prominent faction in SPW. Representing them in this match are Riky Malek and Kentona — an odd-couple pairing that may not be the most functional team.
Mighty Jackson, meanwhile, remain one of SPW’s most curious cases: a team that always seems to reform just in time to earn a title shot. Last seen at VPW Spring Bash, both members enter Tranquilo in need of a palate cleanser. Riz looks refreshed returning to the beloved MJ Riz character, while Mighty Mighty has spent most of the year battling The Midnight Bastards. A bit of fun is overdue.
But the champions, Cheese Burger Kid and BGJ, have cemented themselves as the team to beat across Southeast Asia since defeating The Juicy Boyz. Quick, dynamic, and tightly synced, Jack N’Cheese will not be easy to topple.
Prediction and Thoughts:
A strong candidate for the opener, combining comedy, sports entertainment, and high-impact action. Experience gives Jack N’Cheese the edge — we expect them to retain.

Queen of Asia Contenders Match – Karina vs Selina
This rivalry has been simmering since the summer, and now both women are ready to settle things with a future Queen of Asia Championship shot on the line. Their past encounters have been heated, physical fights — and this one has even more at stake.
Things began at Mayhem when Karina debuted, teaming with Emman against Ray and Selina. Selina picked up the win that night thanks to underhanded tactics and Ray’s involvement. The same thing happened again at Heartland Havoc. But while Selina looked ahead to bigger opportunities, Karina challenged Ray and scored a sudden upset victory.
That loss does not sit well with Selina, and now—with a title opportunity dangled in front of them—this showdown has become even more personal.
Prediction and Thoughts:
A fierce, gritty fight between two rising women’s wrestlers. Selina likely edges it due to experience, but it will be close. Either way, both wrestlers further cement their place in the Southeast Asian scene.

Singapore Championship Elimination Match – CK Vin vs Tok Bomoh Mekong vs Emman vs Boombox Terrance vs Destroyer Dharma
Normally the master of manipulating numbers to his advantage, CK Vin now finds himself on the wrong end of the math. His next defence is a five-man elimination match featuring Destroyer Dharma, Emman, Terrance Choong, and Tok Bomoh Mekong.
Sayn was originally slated, but after a brutal attack left Mr. Frois unresponsive, Tok Bomoh Mekong stepped in with ritual healing that brought him back. In gratitude, Mr. Frois requested management add him to the match — giving us this revised lineup.
Prediction and Thoughts:
CK Vin survives by the slimmest margin, and likely with help from fellow Legion members.

SPW Hardcore Championship – Ryan Shen vs Mason
From referee to champion — Ryan Shen shocked everyone by dethroning long-time Hardcore Champion Bryson Blade at the last show. But there is no time to rest. Halloween Rumble winner Mason now steps forward, looking to break out as a singles star at Ryan's expense.
Mason fits the Hardcore division perfectly, but Ryan’s heart, grit, and recent momentum make this harder to call than it seems.
Prediction and Thoughts:
A close one, but Mason probably takes it — especially if RJ is lurking nearby.

Dr Gore vs Bryson Blade
Dr Gore’s war with the Legion of Total Anarchy continues. After being denied Singapore Championship chances at Unchained and again at Hardcore Island, he is on a mission to run through the faction one by one. With Riky Malek already dealt with, Bryson Blade is next.
Bryson, meanwhile, will be eager to unleash some frustration after losing the Hardcore Title and will not want to let LTA down — nor let Dr Gore get anywhere near Singapore Champion CK Vin.
Prediction and Thoughts:
Another tight scrap, possibly spilling into hardcore territory. Dr Gore’s drive for a singles title gives him the edge.

Aiden Rex vs BUSHI
The first of three international showcases at Tranquilo sees Aiden Rex take on Japan’s masked technician, BUSHI. It’s a compelling clash of styles — Singapore’s technical benchmark against one of LIJ’s most enduring junior heavyweights.
Aiden Rex enters as a nine-year anchor of SPW, with long reigns as Southeast Asian and Singapore Champion. He has pushed elite international names to the limit and recently sharpened his edge even further.
BUSHI brings New Japan experience, crisp aerial work, and unorthodox tactics. For Rex, this is a technical test. For BUSHI, it’s a chance to demonstrate why he’s remained a reliable force in Japan.
Predictions and Thoughts:
Match of the night potential. Rex always elevates his opponents, but we lean toward BUSHI sneaking a quick roll-up.

Queen of Asia Championship – Viva Van vs Alexis Lee
Viva Van arrives in Singapore determined to prove she can not only hang with the region’s best — but beat them. The AEW talent and current Vietnam Pro Wrestling Champion begins a three-match Southeast Asia tour, with her first stop being a major title clash with Alexis Lee.
Alexis, SPW’s homegrown pioneer, is one of the most established women in the region. This match isn’t just another defence — it’s her moment to get serious, reclaim her footing after underestimating her last U.S. challenger, and shine on home soil.
With pride, legacy, and the Queen of Asia title at stake, both competitors are stepping in with something to prove.
Predictions and Thoughts:
Very close, but Alexis takes this one. The stakes are too high for her to slip again.

SPW Southeast Asian Championship – Da Butcherman vs The Statement vs Tetsuya Naito
After multiple challenges were issued, SPW has made it official: Da Butcherman defends the Southeast Asian Championship in a Triple Threat match against The Statement and Tetsuya Naito.
Da Butcherman enters Tranquilo carrying the momentum — and the scars — of two brutally intense hardcore matches in just two days. One of SPW’s most decorated homegrown stars, Butcherman has held every major title the company offers, including a historic run as Singapore Champion. His transformation over the years from a horror-themed powerhouse to a complete main-event performer has made him one of the most feared champions in Southeast Asia.
Opposing him is The Statement, a foundational figure of Singapore Pro Wrestling and one of the company’s true cornerstones. A multi-time champion and a major face of Singapore wrestling abroad, The Statement has recently stumbled in tag-team action and is hunting for redemption. He’s the kind of competitor who adjusts quickly, thrives under pressure, and is always a threat in big-match environments.
The wildcard, of course, is Tetsuya Naito — a global star, Japanese legend, and leader of Los Ingobernables de Japon. A former IWGP Heavyweight and Intercontinental Champion and one of the most influential figures of modern New Japan, Naito brings unmatched pedigree, swagger, and unpredictability. His presence alone elevates the stakes, and he’ll be looking to make an impression on SPW fans while testing both local competitors with his signature tranquilo poise.
Prediction and Thoughts
On paper, the champion or the visiting Japanese veteran should be the favourites — but the absence of Shivam and Emman Azman from the card hangs over this match like a warning sign. Something about this setup screams outside influence. With that in mind, we’re calling a Statement win, capitalising on timing, awareness, and the chaos of the Triple Threat format.
Tranquilo isn’t just SPW’s final major show of the year — it’s the culmination of 13 years of Singapore wrestling, featuring one of the deepest cards SPW has ever assembled. Championships are on the line, rivalries hit breaking point, and international talent arrives to test SPW’s very best. Whether you’re here for the chaos, the athleticism, or the stories finally coming to a head, this show promises to be the perfect end-of-year celebration for Southeast Asian wrestling fans.
