We’re excited to bring you the latest wrestling news from Southeast Asia! With four fantastic shows lined up this weekend across the region, wrestling fans have plenty to look forward to. Let’s dive into the news!
Wrestling in the Philippines
Filipino pro wrestling is buzzing with excitement this week as a 4th exciting show has been added to the schedule. Along with the Astig taping next month on March 23rd, a “Secret Show” at the “Secret Base” is set to take place this weekend in Quezon City. The show will be held at 2F Kowloon House, and the main event features a thrilling match between Legendarius The Great and Cali Nueva. This promises to be a fantastic way for FPW to kick off 2025!
Tickets for this show will be on a pay-what-you-can, first-come, first-served basis at the door, but you can also book your tickets for the Astig taping in March here.
In other Filipino pro wrestling news, FPW has announced its singles rankings, with Quatro at the top. If Quatro holds onto that spot, he’s likely to get the first title shot against the towering Jeff Cobb.

Don’t forget about Wrestle Storm 2 presented by Dexcon, live from the Brawlpit Bulusan on the 16th. Be sure to check out our events calendar for ticket information!
In a fun tidbit, it seems some wrestlers just can’t get enough of the limelight. Super P, after debuting with custom music from The Super Friends and being featured in SEA Wrestling issue 1, has now been interviewed by Artiqulate, a prominent Pinoy art publication. Congratulations, Super P!

Wrestling in Thailand
Paradise Sports Entertainment (PSE) continues to host their daily shows at Lahee 869, keeping the excitement alive in Thai wrestling. They’ve recently announced a cruiserweight classic between Benji and Yanghao, as well as a heavyweight title match between Chad "The Gift" and Casanova Valentine. The match will follow the unique Pattaya Rules, making it a must-watch event!
Additionally, it’s fantastic to see that some PSE students will soon be making their international debuts, as Chady Odad and Shamsher Hindustani head to GWF in China. Good luck, guys!

Wrestling in Singapore
As we look forward to the upcoming Causeway Jam show in Singapore this weekend, we’re excited to share that Kelvin made his debut on the Kick to the Gut Podcast. Be sure to give it a listen! Tickets for Causeway Jam are still available but selling fast, so don’t miss out.
Singapore Pro Wrestling has also announced a special series of training sessions exclusively for women, starting on February 24th. This will give women in Singapore the chance to train to wrestle in a dedicated, supportive environment.
Wrestling in Vietnam
There are still a few remaining tickets for Spring Bash this Saturday, but they won’t last long. Be sure to grab them before they’re gone!

Wrestling in Malaysia
Apac Wrestling is setting the stage for an exciting event with a unique cage match show, likely using an MMA cage for an alternative concept. The first match announced is a No Escape Match between Cassidy Knight and Nor "Phoenix" Diana. As per the rules, victory can only be achieved by pinfall, submission, or by forcing your opponent out of the cage—no escaping allowed!
In addition, Apac Wrestling has announced a tournament titled “King of the Cage,” where the winner will receive a Contract in the Case. It’s sure to be an exciting event!
This unique wrestling event in Malaysia is definitely something to keep an eye on. Tickets are available now.
In other news, Serigala and Double K participated in a special wrestling contest at the Samarahan Muay Thai Challenge on Sunday. This event is part of Apac’s ongoing mission to spread pro wrestling throughout Malaysia and increase the sport’s exposure across the country.
That’s all for this week’s roundup! If you’re attending Apac Wrestling, GrappleMax, or FPW this weekend, be sure to send us your show results and thoughts for posting. We’ll be enjoying Spring Bash from the front row, so if you’re there, don’t forget to say hi! I’ll be wearing my Jack N Cheese T-Shirt.
