Second & Third Match Confirmed for SPW Hardcore Island 3

SPW has locked in the second bout for Hardcore Island 3. Following the already announced main event — Da Butcherman vs Shigehiro Irie in an extreme rules clash for the SPW SEA Championship — fans will now see a blockbuster women’s showdown.

Queen of Asia Champion Alexis Lee defends her title against Lacey Lane, a former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion. Lee has been travelling the globe in search of experience, while Lane brings a pedigree of top-tier competition. Neither competitor is expected to back down in what could be one of the defining women’s matches of 2025 in the region.

Late breaking was the official announcement that Jack N’Cheese will defend the SPW Tag Team Championships against Real Global Threat’s, The Statement & Shivam. After a violent challenge last time from the RGT Statement & Emman Azman, they look to make good on their promise. There is no word yet storyline wise as to why the change from Azman to Shivam but this may likely just be due to scheduling conflicts.

Main Event of Grapplemax Unity Announced

Through a video segment at Grapplemax Studios between Endboss Gregory and No 1 contender to the Openweight Championship, the duo made a gentlemen’s agreement on how to handle Hotshot.

Greg Ho outlined why he needs to bypass the queue and take on Hotshot at Amplify 8. However in response SPD said he would accept this for the chance to main event Unity in November at the Foo Chow Building taking on the winner of the match next weekend at Amplify 8.
