It’s been a huge week across the region with massive announcements, surprising twists, and international spotlights shining on Southeast Asia’s booming pro wrestling scene.

Grapplemax Announces UNITY – Singapore’s Biggest Wrestling Event of the Year

Grapplemax celebrates nine years of redefining Singapore’s wrestling scene with UNITY, their biggest event yet — featuring four championship matches, special international guests, and the most stacked card in company history.

In the main event, longtime rivals SPD and Hotshot collide for the Grapplemax Openweight Championship in a bout years in the making.

For the first time ever, the ICW Tag Team Championships from Scotland’s Insane Championship Wrestling will be defended in Singapore, as Arcade Violence (Brody Turnbull & Jake Lawless) issue an open challenge to the Grapplemax roster.

Adding to the international flavour, Japan’s Marika Kobashi makes her Singapore debut against Grapplemax’s own Divya, in what’s set to be a fiery interpromotional singles match.

Also returning to Singapore is “Scum Dawg” Sage Matthews, who’s looking to avenge his loss to Ban Sachak. Expect chaos.

Grapplemax and NWE standouts Amani, Alani, and Sarah Coldheart were recently featured in a Channel News Asia article spotlighting hijabi wrestlers in Singapore.
The feature explores their journeys, challenges, and how they’re redefining what it means to be Muslim women in a male-dominated sport — a proud milestone for Singapore’s wrestling community.

SETUP Thailand Celebrates 13 Years of Thai Wrestling

SETUP EP.25 – A Hard Day’s Night will mark the 13th anniversary of Thai pro wrestling on November 19.
This year’s event takes a special focus on homegrown Thai talent, with a world-class wrestling scout confirmed to attend.

The first announced match sees Monomoth face Dr. Gore from Singapore in a special singles bout. More matches are expected soon, promising surprises and national pride for Thai fans.

TJPW x SETUP Bangkok Show Nearly Sold Out

Tickets for the TJPW show in Bangkok on December 13 are already 80% sold out, with no additional tickets to be added once capacity is reached.

A special deal for fans — one ticket grants access to two shows: SETUP at 1:30 PM and TJPW at 6:00 PM.
Reserved seating is gone, and remaining tickets are first-come, first-served from Row 3 onwards.

TJPW “Love and Peace” Full Card Revealed

The joint event between TJPW, DDT, and MYPW at Jio Space, Petaling Jaya, has announced its full lineup:

PSE: Asia’s Blobtang Competes in Las Vegas

Blobtang represented PSE: Asia on the global stage by competing at Fight Circus in Las Vegas last week.

PSE is also gearing up for its Halloween Spectacular in Bangkok — known for its wild costumes and over-the-top theatrics.
New international wrestlers have also joined PSE’s ranks, including Camilla and Karim (Italy) and Smasher (India).
Their livestreams continue to gain momentum, filmed directly in Thailand.

Vietnam Pro Wrestling Launches “Outside the Ring” Podcast

Vietnam Pro Wrestling’s Phuong Nam has launched the first episode of his new podcast series, Outside the Ring, featuring Rocky Huynh in a career-spanning interview.
The episode is in Vietnamese but includes YouTube translation options for international audiences.

FPW: New Match Announced for ASTIG

Jan Evander is set to challenge Quatro for the FPW Championship at ASTIG on November 9, following strong recent performances that earned him this high-profile opportunity.

PUSO Wrestling – ALAMAT Heats Up

After the events of Bakunawa, tensions have exploded in PUSO Wrestling.
Following a post-show assault by Barangay Baksakan, Joey Rosas and Crystal are teaming up in an unlikely alliance to seek revenge.

Also confirmed is a major international match:
“Dangerous” Jomar vs Hong Kong icon Ho Ho Lun — a true cross-border clash officially set by GM Sonny Go.

Apac Wrestling reveals Pulau Pinang Plans

APAC Wrestling have announced they are going to be running the Pulau Pinang region very shortly. This will be one of the first pro wrestling shows outside Kuala Lumpur and marks a very big occasion in the expansion of the company.

Bali Pro Wrestling Reveal Titles and More

Bali Pro Wrestling have been busy announcing their championships and other news over the last week. The confirmed championships include - Tag Team Championship, Island Champion, Agni Champion (Hardcore with a twist) and BPW Champion.
