Puso Wrestling - Wild Heart on 6th September

Puso Wrestling returns for their first independent ticketed show in some time. Wild Heart takes place at GotSauce Studios in Quezon City, the Philippines.

The group has made an exciting change in recent months, moving to running shows on mats. This will challenge the roster to think about and invest in even more unique offence and counter offence. Of course, this move isn't completely new as the roster have been tearing it up on cards such as Sari Sari slam over the past few years already.

Wild Heart is the first show with fans in attendance at GotSauce Studios. There are six matches on the card and live DJ sets from VANT.

Full Card

HIT & Hakai Mateo vs Trixia & Alien Friend

A really unique match here, with both sides holding one crowd favourite (HIT and Alien Friend) and one villain (Trixia and Hakai Mateo), from how we see it.

Alien Friend is probably looking to get back into the action and make his way up the card again to make his intergalactic family proud, while Trixia has been trying hard to find where she fits in the 2026 world of Pinoy wrestling since returning a few months ago with a new look and attitude. No longer the Pinoy Wrestling Sweetheart Patricia Ligaia, Trixia is more vicious and calculating.

Meanwhile, proud WUW Eurasian Champion Hakai Mateo is will likely be looking to punish anyone he can while HIT continues to try and climb the ranks of Pinoy wrestling. It is a very exciting contest, and one that is really difficult to predict between four vastly different competitors.

MSG (Kenzo Sy & Chelsea Marie) vs HSSL (Robin Sane & Joya)

Will Chelsea and Joya ever stop battling? We hope not. One of the hottest feuds of 2025 reignites here as second mixed tag match goes down. This time they partner up with faction members. Kenzo Sy, the young and promising prospect of MSG, joins Chelsea to face her old rival Joya and her partner from HSSL, the enigmatic and dynamic Robin Sane. The whole of MSG will be looking to get the win here, as it could lead to a shot for Chelsea at Joya's Lakambini ng DEXCON Women's World Title for Chelsea Marie.

Kenzo has also been learning from Robin Sane and looks to be as quick as the Pinoy Wrestling veteran, based on a recent training video posted by Sane.

Once they are pitted against each other, it will be interesting to see if the two enjoy a friendly and spectacular in-ring rivalry or get drawn into their tag team partners' feelings about one another.

HY/OP (Jake De Leon & Isaiah Valencia) vs Bahay ng Liwanag (Aaron Liwanag & CJ Serafin)

A match set up as a punishment for Jake De Leon after his interference in the natural order of things during Pinoy Wrestling Hour.

But things do not seem particularly united in the Philippines' most menacing stable, Bahay ng Liwanag

The former Serafin Liwanag seems to have awoken from a trance, retaken his original name, and is under some confusion about his place in Pinoy Wrestling in 2026. Will he be able to coexist with his longtime ally Aaron Liwanag in this contest?

The explanation probably comes best from the man himself.

There’s no doubt Hy/Op are united and ready to battle, they always seem to be but whether Bahay ng Liwanag is still stable remains to be seen.

Future Title Shot: Main Maxx vs Joey Rosas

Time ticks down on Main Maxx's in-ring career, as he has said that 2026 is his last year in wrestling.

The two former holders of the Pusong Pinoy Wrestling Championship will do battle in what is likely to be an all-out slugfest for that elusive opportunity to take the title away from Nigel San Jose.

It's worth mentioning Rosas' amazing, new, lean physique that we haven't touched upon. This new cruiserweight look has already led him to title victory once and Sunday is the start of the path to reclaiming the gold.

From many fans point of view, Joey Rosas was robbed of the title immediately after his victory during The Pinoy Wrestling Hour while Main Maxx surely has not forgotten his legendary year-long run as champion and must surely long to hold the title again. This is one final opportunity.

Super P (c) vs Crystal for the CWE Vixen's Championship

What has happened to the Queen of Pinoy Wrestling? Is it jealousy or frustration? Over the past few years, Crystal has seen what her dream was maybe once: a roster full of dedicated women to challenge and to wrestle come into existence.

But be careful what you wish for, as these women are now excelling and are two have become the first women's title holders in the Philippines.

Hypothesizing but this might have lit a fire in Crystal to prove she is still at the top of the mountain as we now see the Crystal more akin to Apac Wrestling than Puso. Meaner, angrier and far more aggressive. Undoubtedly, she is one of the most skilled, dedicated and popular women on the circuit but with a new darker attitude to the women's scene in her home country.

Super P, a world-travelled Lodestone competitor, takes on her idol and role model, the reason she got into professional wrestling. Once a dream, this now seems like an intense and less dreamlike match. As Super P said online:

Pusong Pinoy Wrestling Championship: Nigel San Jose (c) vs Jomar

The battle between HY/OP and HSSL continues, as two world-travelled competitors collide and bring their recent experiences in Thailand and China to the mats of Puso Wrestling.

Both have been busy this year travelling globally and battling some of the biggest and baddest in the wider region. Jomar spent the spring terrifying tourists in Phuket for PSE and Fight Circus before heading to China and sligging it out with Big Sam. San Jose recent partook in a critically acclaimed trip to Thailand where he fought the county's very best in Shivam and rising newcomer Mc Nexo to critical acclaim.

Jomar, the powerhouse rider of HSSL, will be looking to use his strength to take out the champion, but San Jose is one of the most skilled wrestlers in Pinoy Wrestling. The Champ is a true in-ring technician and also a heavy hitter, so he is sure to put Jomar through his paces in a match we expect to be rather violent.

We've seen the livestreams from Got Sauce, this is the first time we get to see what the Puso roster really can do in the new venue with the new set up and the new rules and a bunch of hardcore fans!

The group has always brought their A-game to new challenges and concepts, from our perspective, taking a new situation and making it a must-see spectacle is what they do best and Wild Heart is sure to be no different.
