Lacy Lane is coming to DEXCON
In breaking news today, the wrestler most famously known as Kayden Carter in WWE, now going by Lacey Lane will be coming to the next DEXCON Wrestling event on the 18th and 19th October.
A former WWE NXT Women’s tag team champion. Lane has wrestled some of the most prominent wrestlers in the world including Chelsea Green, Lyra Valkyria and Dakota Kai.
Now looking to start a new chapter in her career, Lane heads to her mother’s homeland in the Philippines to rediscover her roots and test herself against some of the best in Southeast Asia.
Details for this event are limited at present but will likely be revealed in the coming weeks. With two dates revealed it is likely the 18th will be another mat-based show in a location yet to be named meaning Lane will also need to test her abilities on the infamous wrestling mats of Southeast Asia before she enters the Brawlpit.
The next question is, who will be her opponent? She could find herself facing off against a number of the Pinay wrestlers looking for an opportunity to take down a former WWE Superstar.
Chelsea Marie with her wily in-ring abilities and powerful kicks.
Joya who would have the pure strength advantage.
Crystal, currently on a sharp in ring run, would have the experience advantage.
Patricia Ligaia with her recent erratic behavior would offer an unpredictable challenge.
Ramona or Super P if ready to return would be looking to make a strong statement against the visiting wrestler.
However, we know things are not that simple in the world of the Pusoverse where Lane could find herself also facing some of the well established male competitors in singles or tag team competition.
Competitors such as Jake De Leon, Robin Sane and Fabio Makisig are not afraid to face any competition and would not hold back against the former tag champion. Speaking of Jake De Leon, with it being a DEXCON event it’s likely that Real Global Threat members from the region will be in the house. It wouldn’t be out of the question for the group to try and add their first female and American member to the ever expanding stable.
All these questions will remain unanswered for the time but keep your eyes peeled on DEXCON and SEA Wrestling’s socials for more updates as they are revealed.
Don’t forget PUSO Wrestling’s Bakunawa goes down on September 14th from the Brawlpit Bulusan. For ticket info head to our events calendar.
