DEXCON Announces Weekend of Events for August

DEXCON has confirmed a weekend of events this August, marking a significant moment for the promotion as it looks to expand beyond its usual venue. The three-day lineup includes two shows and a fan meet-and-greet, with one of the events taking place at a new location.

Things begin on Thursday, August 22 with a show titled Baka Gaijin, set to be held at The Social House. Given the venue's smaller size and layout, the event is likely to be a mat-based show with a more intimate atmosphere. This will be the first DEXCON event not held at The Brawlpit in Bulusan, making it a notable shift for the company.

On Friday, August 23, DEXCON will host its regular meet-and-greet session, giving fans a chance to connect with the wrestlers and promotion staff ahead of the weekend’s main card.

The final event, PEKSMAN, is scheduled for Saturday, August 24 and will return to The Brawlpit, DEXCON’s signature venue. This show is expected to feature the usual mix of chaotic matches, unforgettable moments, and the local crowd energy that defines the promotion.

One of the key announcements so far is the return of Chris Brookes from DDT Pro-Wrestling, who will be appearing alongside Takeshi Masada. Masada steps in to replace Masahiro Takanashi, who is unable to attend due to ongoing health issues.
