DEXCON Announce Wrestlestorm 3
DXCN has confirmed that its annual flagship event, WrestleStorm 3, will take place on March 14–15, 2026. WrestleStorm is the promotion’s largest show of the year and traditionally features a mix of DXCN’s core roster and international talent. The 2026 edition will be co-presented by KWK.
According to KWK representatives, the full KWK “family” is expected to be present over the WrestleStorm weekend. This includes Yoshitatsu, as well as the return of Alexis Lee, who has not competed in the Philippines for an extended period. Further appearances are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
DXCN has also revealed the first match for WrestleStorm 3, confirming a professional wrestling bout between Shinya Aoki and Fabio Makisig. Aoki is best known internationally for his career in mixed martial arts, where he is a former world champion. In addition to his MMA background, Aoki has extensive experience in professional wrestling in Japan and is a former DDT Pro KO-D Openweight Champion. WrestleStorm 3 will mark his return to competition in Manila.
Facing Aoki will be Fabio Makisig, widely regarded as a central figure in Philippine professional wrestling. Makisig has represented the country in international competition for more than ten years and has recorded wins against established foreign opponents, including Tajiri. His match with Aoki places one of the Philippines’ most experienced wrestlers against an opponent with a contrasting competitive background.
WrestleStorm 3 will be held across two days, with additional matches and participants yet to be announced. DXCN has also stated that fans seeking early access to WrestleStorm 3 tickets will be able to do so by attending DXCN Fast Break, which serves as the promotion’s lead-in event to WrestleStorm. Further details regarding ticket sales and the full event schedule are expected to be released closer to the event date.
