Are The Vung Tau Experience challenging the rest of the world?

Yesterday VTX released a cryptic teaser video (here) ahead of the first Vietnam Pro Wrestling show of 2025, Sping Bash (Feb 22nd).

In the video, they talk about their own greatness and accomplishments without making any direct challenges. The key thing deliver was from Phong Tran was the suggestion that VTX will rule the multiverse.

In wrestling terms, the multiverse can refer to a crossover of promotions often in bizzare situations. This leads us at SEA Wrestling to wonder who is going to go through the vortex that is Saigon’s airport and appears in a VPW ring.

Here's a few of Southeast Asia’s tag teams we’d like to see take on VTX soon.

The Juicy Boyz

The current SPW Tag Team champions appeared one year ago at Spring Bash losing to Venom Shank in a match for the Red n Yellow straps. Since then they’ve picked up a victory against the Saigon Hunters in Malaysia while Miles Karu lost a contract qualifier to The British Horror. VPW hasn't always been kind to the duo so could they come back to seek vengeance by taking the tag straps?

Jack N’Cheese

The last duo to lose to VTX back in December did so in controversial fashion thanks to the local lads dirty tactics. This certainly didn't sit well with BGJ who looked like he wanted to rip the limbs off the champs and burn their jazzy shirts for good measure.

Gym Bros

Over the last 18 month both Benji and Sunny Z have made singles appearances in VPW with Benji now being under contract. We haven't seen the Hungarian for a few months now and he probably has contractual obligations. This would be the perfect time for him to return alongside the popular PSE promoter Sunny for a shot a tag team gold.

The Super Friends

No trio is having more fun right now in wrestling than the bubbly, charismatic Super Friends. They've been featured heavily in Puso Wrestlings recent livestream and look to be getting involved with the next DXCN show on March 16th. What better way to make that show even bigger for them by bringing home the VPW Tag Team Championship.

Mighty Mighty and Destroyer Dharma

Mr Mighty Mighty made a surprise appearance in this year's rumble but did not earn himself a victory. If he makes his 3rd visit to Vietnam for wrestling purposes he would be wise to bring his insanely jacked tag partner Destroyer Dharma who has yet to wrestler outside of Singapore/Malaysia.
