SlamFest 25: Southeast Asia’s Monumental Wrestling Stage This Weekend.

This isn’t just APAC Wrestling’s biggest event — SlamFest 25 could very well be the most significant Southeast Asian–promoted wrestling show of all time.

On Saturday, August 31, the action takes over Stadium Juara in Kuala Lumpur, where APAC Wrestling’s top stars collide with legends of the region, former WWE champions, and rising global prospects. Whether you’re in the arena or watching live via the special PLE livestream, this is a night that promises to define the region’s wrestling history.

And yes — a limited number of tickets are still available for fans who want to experience it in person.

The SlamFest Tag Team Cup

The night kicks off with chaos and unpredictability — a gauntlet-style tag team battle featuring teams from across the globe. The catch? Many wrestlers will be stepping in with unfamiliar partners, testing chemistry, adaptability, and raw skill.

Confirmed teams include:

  • Konrad Kai & The Eurasian Dragon
Kai, one of Malaysia’s most dangerous rising names, teams up with Singapore’s pioneer and Ring of Rebirth founder, The Eurasian Dragon. Both have plenty to prove as they try to rewrite their stories together.

  • Damian Slater & Marcius Pitt (TMDK)
The lone established team in the match. Slater, a Cruiserweight Classic alum and Aussie legend, pairs with his long-time partner Pitt, the powerhouse of the Untouchables. Together, as part of TMDK, they bring unmatched experience and precision.

  • Cheeseburger Kid (CBK) & “The Philippine Dream” Julio
CBK, a current SPW Tag Team Champion, has been on a meteoric rise since defeating Double K at New Chapter. Across the ring, Julio brings over a decade of power-packed experience and multiple titles from Australia’s independent scene.

  • “Mighty” Eddie Emil & “The Aerial Sniper” NYC
Emil’s strength and youth collide with NYC’s decade-plus of aerial mastery. Together, this Malaysia–Singapore pairing is an intriguing blend of brute force and high-flying finesse.

The Sigma Beast vs. The Top Shelf Athlete

Serigala has built his reputation as one of APAC’s most dominant forces — but Mikey Broderick, a fellow member of TMDK, is no ordinary challenger. Known as Australia’s “Top Shelf Athlete,” Broderick brings size, strength, and international experience to what promises to be a high-impact clash.

Global Nomad vs. Homegrown Veteran

Jordan Oasis, the WWE ID–trained globetrotter with a style sharpened by worldwide competition, steps into the ring with none other than Double K. The charismatic “Retis” and APAC veteran brings his trademark swagger — and a vow to show Oasis and the world exactly what “See My Level” means in Kuala Lumpur.

Future vs. Future: Super Sean Legacy vs. Alfa Nazri

This match screams next-generation. Alfa Nazri, APAC’s first Ground Zero graduate, has been on a rapid rise since his standout 2023 debut. Across from him is Sean Legacy, a Georgia-born powerhouse whose WWE ID and NXT credentials have made him a global prospect.

Two paths. Two phenoms. One match to prove that talent knows no borders.

APAC Championship: Azroy vs. Cappuccino Jones

The undefeated “Dreamkiller” Azroy puts his APAC Championship — and his unbroken streak — on the line against WWE ID’s rising star, Cappuccino Jones.

Azroy has crushed every challenger in his way. But Jones, a standout prospect with experience in EVOLVE and the WWE system, is a different kind of test. A win for Jones would make him a double champion — and shake the APAC landscape to its core.

Fatal 4-Way: Women’s #1 Contender’s Match

The road to the APAC Women’s Championship runs through this high-stakes four-way showdown, featuring some of the most dynamic competitors in the region and beyond:

  • Tarlee (Australia) — A powerhouse trained by Seth Rollins at Black & Brave, making waves in the Australian scene.

  • Crystal (Philippines) — The Queen of Philippine Wrestling, a former APAC Women’s Champion, and a consistent force across Southeast Asia.

  • Kira Summer (Japan via TJPW) — The “Foreign Flame” known for her precision and artistic intensity.

  • Mio Shirai (Japan) — A returning Joshi legend, sister of Iyo Sky and former partner of Asuka, stepping back into the spotlight stronger than ever.

Four women. One shot at destiny.

APAC Women’s Championship: Nor Phoenix Diana vs. Kylie Rae

The trailblazing Nor “Phoenix” Diana, the hijabi warrior and Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree, defends her title against Kylie Rae, one of WWE ID’s brightest prospects.

Diana has become one of the most recognizable faces in women’s wrestling, with recent appearances in TJPW and Reality of Wrestling. Across the ring, Rae’s global experience — from WWE to AEW to TNA — makes her one of the most polished and respected wrestlers of this era.

This isn’t just a title match. It’s a test of heart, skill, and the future of women’s wrestling in Southeast Asia.

Main Event: Shaukat vs. Raj Dhesi

The night culminates in a moment years in the making.

Shaukat, the face of Malaysian wrestling and a pioneer of the region, steps up for his Global Open Challenge against Raj Dhesi — the former WWE Champion known worldwide as “The Maharaja.”

For Shaukat, this isn’t just another fight. It’s a chance to show that Southeast Asian wrestlers can hang with — and defeat — the very best on the planet. For Dhesi, it’s about proving that his global experience and championship pedigree still command respect.

One-on-one. Global stakes. History in the making.

The Final Word

SlamFest 25 isn’t just another wrestling show — it’s the biggest stage Southeast Asian wrestling has ever seen. Whether you’re live in Kuala Lumpur or tuning into the PLE stream, this is one event you won’t want to miss.

From title matches to international showcases and a main event that will have the wrestling world watching, August 31 is the night Southeast Asia takes center stage.
